Recover the money you're already losing, and pay only for what we recover on top.
Reclaiva reads your Stripe account, follows up on every failed payment with Stripe's own payment link, and measures what it recovers on top of Stripe with a control group. Every invoice is on your monthly statement.
Read-only. Two minutes. No card.
What your audit looks like

How it works
Connect Stripe, read-only
OAuth with the read_only scope, or a restricted key. Reclaiva reads invoices, customers and subscriptions. It never writes.
Reclaiva follows up with Stripe's payment link
Each failed invoice gets a short email sequence pointing to Stripe's hosted invoice page. The customer pays on Stripe, not on a third-party page. Sequences stop the moment the invoice is paid.
You see what was recovered on top
A control group measures what Stripe would have recovered alone. The difference is the increase, and it is the only thing you pay a commission on.
A control group, so the number is honest
Stripe already retries cards and sends its own reminders. To know what Reclaiva adds, we have to compare.
- When an invoice fails, 10 % of them go to a control group that only receives Stripe's standard reminders. Reclaiva never acts on them.
- The draw is deterministic: a fingerprint of the invoice ID. You can recompute it and check it yourself.
- Increase = (Reclaiva group recovery rate − control group recovery rate) × amount failed in the Reclaiva group. Never below zero.
- If the control group is too small (under 20 invoices in 90 days), the reference becomes your historical rate, measured at the audit and frozen.
The control group costs you 10 % of your failures treated by Stripe alone. It is the price of an honest measurement. You can lower it to 5 % in your settings.
Read-only on Stripe. No exceptions.
- read_only scope
- The OAuth connection asks for the read_only scope, never read_write.
- rk_ keys only
- If you prefer a restricted key, anything that does not start with rk_ is rejected server-side.
- No writes, ever
- Reclaiva never creates, updates or deletes anything in your Stripe account. Payments happen on Stripe's hosted page.
- Revoke any time
- From your Stripe Dashboard or from Reclaiva. Disconnecting deletes the data read from your account.
- Tested
- An automated test attempts a write through the connection and verifies that Stripe refuses it.

Questions
Does this duplicate Stripe's own retries and reminder emails?
No. Stripe keeps retrying cards and sending its own emails if you have them on. Reclaiva adds a short sequence with Stripe's hosted invoice link, on its own schedule, and stops as soon as the invoice is paid, voided or the subscription is canceled. The control group receives only Stripe's reminders: that is how we measure what Reclaiva adds.
What data about my customers does Reclaiva see?
Invoices, customer name and email, subscriptions, prices and coupons, all read-only. Never card numbers: Stripe does not expose them. The data read from your account is deleted when you disconnect.
I bill in several currencies.
Each currency is measured, reported and billed separately. Nothing is converted or mixed. Your Reclaiva subscription itself is in CHF, EUR or USD.
How does the pilot work?
Thirty days, no card, no fixed fee: 20 % of the measured increase, nothing else. On day 30 you move to the tier that matches your MRR as read in Stripe, or sending stops. Nothing is charged without a card on file.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time from Billing. You can also revoke Stripe access from your Stripe Dashboard at any time. Disconnecting deletes the data read from your account; commissions already measured on a final statement remain due.
Where is my data hosted?
In Supabase (Postgres) in the AWS eu-central-1 region in Frankfurt. Stripe tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. Emails are sent through Resend.
Who writes the emails?
Fixed templates with variables, in English, French and German. For high-value invoices, a draft is written with the Anthropic API from the first name, the amount and the customer's tenure only, and you approve each one before it goes out. Nothing written by AI is sent without a click.
